NutriLog helps you keep track of your nutrient consumption. It's fast, flexible and easy to use.

Whether you are on a physician-restricted diet, or simply want to cut your fat or cholesterol consumption, NutriLog is for you. You can easily log the items you eat during the day, and check the daily log totals to see if you are meeting your goals.

NutriLog's built-in food database is based on official USDA nutrient tables, so you can be assured of accurate values. Ther foods are organized into 21 handy categories to make them easy to find. Each food record supplies 31 different nutrient values, including: Calories, Protein, Fat, Saturated Fat, Monounsaturated Fat, Polyunsaturated Fat, Cholesterol, Carbohydrate, Fiber, Ash, Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and Water. Each nutrient value is presented according to typical portion amounts, with most foods having multiple portion sizes to choose from.

NutriLog adjusts to meet your needs. If you wish to track just a few nutrients, you can restrict the nutrient values displayed from the Preferences page. You can even add and delete food from the food database.

NutriLog is an essential aid if you have been told to limit your cholesterol, fat, sodium, or other nutrient, and incredibly handy for anyone who wants to know just what it is they are eating in this world of on-the-go processed food.
